The Cancer League is composed of approximately 50 Active Members (8 Executive Board Members & 8 General Board Members), 50+ Associate Members, 15+ Lifetime Members.

Financial Stewardship

At The Cancer League, we are deeply committed to being exceptional stewards of every dollar entrusted to us. We operate with a deliberately lean overhead, funded entirely by member dues. In addition, the costs of our fundraising events are fully underwritten by generous event sponsors.

This structure ensures that 100% of all additional donations go directly to supporting early-stage cancer research and patient services—maximizing the impact of every gift.
